Meet Sarah
I am an Alabama native and Texas transplant by way of being a military brat. My father proudly served for over 20 years in the United States Army. I thoroughly enjoyed my childhood and the many adventures of moving. I am proud to call central Texas my home, as I am based out of Killeen and am able to serve our military families.

I earned my Master of Science in Counseling from Texas A&M Central Texas, in 2016 and have worked in a variety of settings practicing as a counselor.
I have three small children who keep me busy, however I love being able to support others.

My ideal client match would be adolescents as I do have a background in education as well. There is a second close ideal client match and that would be parents, specifically single parents who are trying to thrive while working and raising children. As an African American woman I understand the critical need of more mental health professionals who are also African American. Therefore, I stand ready to serve all individuals looking to establish balance in their life. While I am a believer in Christ, I will only include such techniques upon your request.
